Abrar Ahmed and Saud Shakeel fined after Gladiators vs United Eliminator

Abrar Ahmed, the spinner for the Quetta Fighters, and Saud Shakeel, the opener, were both given punishment during Friday night’s encounter between Islamabad United and Quetta Combatants at the Public Bank Arena in Karachi. Level 1 infractions of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Code of Conduct resulted in penalties for both players equal to 5% of their respective match costs. Under the PSL Overarching set of regulations, Abrar violated Article 2.4, which reads, “Resisting an umpire’s guidance during the match.”
