Abbott vaulted 52 places to tie 18th among all-rounders after scoring 69 runs in one innings against the West Indies. Spinner Adam Zampa moved up one spot to third in the current ODI bowling rankings, trailing only fellow tweaker Keshav Maharaj (1st) and Josh Hazlewood (2nd), while teammate Sean Abbott jumped 35 places to tie 33rd after an excellent series with the ball that included six wickets.

Jasprit Bumrah’s status as the world’s finest fast bowler has been reinforced by the current ICC Men’s Test Bowler rankings, which show the Indian quick at No. 1.
