Alex Hartley of Multan Sultans said she is fasting in Ramadan. Multan Sultans spin bowling coach Alex Hartley stated she is fasting during Ramadan. Hartley, a former English cricketer, is breaking barriers in PSL 9 as she helped Multan qualify for the final at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi on March 18.

She then described how fasting makes her daily life “very hard”. After fasting all day, we broke our fast. I ate salad and dates. We can eat till 4 am and not until 6:40 pm the next day. She said it’s hard.”I go to bed at 4 am and sleep during the day, as our games start at 9 pm in the night,” she said.

Qualifier

After overcoming Babar Azam’s Peshawar Zalmi in the Qualifier on March 14, the Sultans became the first team to qualify for the ninth PSL final. Mohammad Rizwan’s team easily reached the 147-run objective and qualified for their fourth final. They will face the winner of the second eliminator between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United in Karachi on Saturday.
